Set 1 - Day 21 - Parable of the Diamond
Day 21
(Front)
Parable
of the Diamond
Have you ever felt like crud? Seriously, have you ever felt that you were
so encrusted with the soot of the world that you could no longer see the world
clearly anymore? Well, that’s most of
us. We go about our lives, we gather all
these “snowflakes” of good and bad which just gather around us and coat us with
so much crap that we don’t even feel real anymore. God understands this. He understands that inside all that crud is
His Light. God longs to chip away all
that worldly influence so that you can let his light shine.
Day
21 (Back)
(Rosemary*) Jesus
told me demons aren’t placed on you by God, they are placed on there by man; that
there were demons around men and the only way to stay away from the demons was
to trust in the Father and trust in the Father’s love to surround, to surround
us all. He gave us a simple
parable. He compared us to the salt of
the earth, but he also compared us to a piece of coal and a stone. He said, “Look at the stone. Look at the crystal, the crystal and the
stone – a diamond.” He compared us to a diamond and he said the
coal is around the diamond and the spirit is inside, and when this coal can
fall off then the diamond can show, but if we take the pressure and the love of
the unconditional love that is carried within that of the Christ, we will then
become Christed one day and this love will just “poof” remove the coal to
reveal the diamond so that we feel like the diamond and we shine like the diamond
and we are the diamond.
